Over the years, I’ve specialized in creating meaningful guest engagement within the hospitality industry. With hands-on experience in both restaurants and ho(s)tels — in the Netherlands and Australia — combined with discovering diverse hospitality cultures around the globe and graduating with honors in Hospitality Management, I’ve learned to effortlessly empathize with guests, employees, and entrepreneurs alike.
